Make sure you update with dates. According to this production schedule you should be in Rough animation while you are revising those rough scenes along with being in the 3rd week of Final animation, 2nd week of Revising those Final Scenes as well as the 4th week of editing/animation revisions and into the 6th week of creating Background layouts. When do you sleep with all these tasks you have been doing based on your schedule?
You may want to update your schedule by using dates on those tasks to make sure you know where you really are on your film.
